Pedders AHC Suspension Conversion Kit – Heavy Duty Load Carrying & Towing

This kit is designed to replace the original AHC (Automatic Height Control) suspension system installed by Toyota in the 100 Series LandCruiser.
The factory AHC system uses hydraulic fluid and pressure spheres to regulate vehicle height and ride comfort. While advanced, the system often develops costly issues over time.
Pedders offers a reliable and cost-effective alternative. This conversion kit replaces the hydraulic AHC system with traditional coil and torsion bar suspension. It’s engineered specifically for the FZJ & UZJ100 IFS platform.

This listing refers specifically to Kit 803066 – intended for owners who regularly tow or carry heavy loads. It includes heavy-duty rear shocks for improved load control. Note: ride comfort may feel firm when unladen.
We also offer an upgraded version – Kit 803071 – which includes raised rear springs for approximately 2 inches of lift, ideal for towing or heavy-duty use with additional clearance.
