Pedders AHC Suspension Conversion & Lift Kit – Heavy Duty Load Carrying and Towing

This kit is designed to replace the original AHC (Automatic Height Control) suspension system fitted by Toyota.
The LandCruiser 100 Series uses an AHC system that relies on hydraulic fluid and pressure spheres to control ride height and comfort. While technically advanced, AHC can develop costly faults as the vehicle ages.
Pedders offers a cost-effective and reliable solution. This suspension conversion kit replaces the AHC system with conventional coil springs and torsion bars. It is specifically designed for HD FZJ & UZJ100 IFS platforms.
The kit includes front torsion bars, reinforced torsion bar mounting plates, rear coil springs, shock absorbers (all around), and instructions on how to disable the AHC system to prevent warning lights.
As this kit fully replaces the AHC system, we offer several variants to meet different driving and load-carrying needs. Please note that final ride height and comfort may vary depending on the current condition of your existing AHC system.
Kit 803202: Standard conversion kit for unladen or lightly laden vehicles, or light towing. May raise ride height up to 1 inch.
Kit 803203: Same as 803202, but includes raised rear springs for approximately 2 inches of lift.
Kit 803072: Heavy Duty kit for frequent heavy loads or towing. Includes heavy-duty rear shocks. Ride comfort will be firm when unladen.
Kit 803093: Same as 803072 but includes raised rear springs, offering approx. 2 inches of lift. Ideal for those needing both heavy-duty performance and additional clearance.
