Then Pedders Suspension has the perfect solution for you.
This kit includes Pedders TrakRyder Foam Cell shocks, new rear leaf springs, necessary bushes, and U-bolts for installation. Additionally, it comes with supplementary airbags.
This kit is our second-level heavy-duty kit, designed primarily to raise the vehicle and enhance its load-carrying and towing capabilities. If your L200 sits low at the rear when towing or carrying a load but is also frequently operated unladen, this kit provides a significant improvement over the standard vehicle setup.

This kit is suitable for vehicles experiencing substantial load changes regularly, where fully laden conditions exceed what our Heavy Duty kits (803188 or 803189) can handle. A stiffer rear spring would otherwise introduce an unacceptably harsh ride when lightly laden.
Typical applications include vehicles used by window cleaners carrying a large water tank that varies between empty and full.
While the rear spring in this kit is stronger than the standard spring, there is a limit to what it can support. To address this, the kit includes supplementary airbags installed between the rear leaf springs and chassis rails. These airbags must be inflated manually with an airline (the same used for tire inflation) when the vehicle is heavily laden to maintain an optimal ride height.
An onboard air system is available separately (kit 499000) for automatic adjustment.

This kit raises the vehicle’s rear by approximately 20mm, improving ground clearance. The actual lift may vary based on additional front-end equipment such as a winch or bull bar. If you have such modifications, please contact us to ensure you receive the correct springs for your setup.
