Pedders 1.75″ Heavy Duty Load Carrying and Towing Kit with Assembled Foam Cell Struts – Isuzu D-Max
Improved load carrying, towing ability and ground clearance
Do you use your D-Max for load carrying and towing? Pedders Suspension has the solution.
This kit features our proven Pedders TrakRyder Foam Cell shocks, front coil springs, new rear leaf springs,
as well as the necessary bushes and U-bolts for installation.
This is our second-level heavy duty kit, designed to raise the vehicle and improve both load carrying
and towing capability. If your D-Max currently sits low at the rear when towing or carrying loads,
and you operate in this condition frequently, this kit offers a significant improvement over the factory suspension.
This kit is intended for vehicles that run heavily laden at all times. Operating the vehicle unladen
with this kit is not recommended and will result in a harsher ride.
Pedders recommend a minimum of 300 kg load in the rear at all times.
Keep in mind that an average canopy and tow bar together weigh around 130–150 kg.
The kit will raise the vehicle by approx. 40 mm (see dimensions below), providing improved ground clearance
and a stronger stance. It can also help accommodate larger tyres.
Dimensions quoted assume a standard vehicle.
Additional front accessories such as a winch or bull bar will affect the final installed height.
In such cases, different springs may be required – please contact us for tailored advice.
The fully assembled Ezifit struts in this kit allow quick and easy installation.
Each unit includes a Pedders Foam Cell shock, Pedders spring, new top mount, bump stop, and boot.
No spring compressors are needed, and no old parts are reused – simply bolt them straight on.
After fitting, we strongly recommend a professional wheel alignment for optimum handling and tyre life.
